PURCHASE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions for Brunch Menu Services

By purchasing a Brunch Menu service from Sonder Social (including but not limited to The Strategy Starter, Insta Palate Cleanser, Positioning Pick-Me-Up, and Content À La Carte), you agree to the following terms:

  • Refunds will not be issued once work has commenced, except in cases of significant delay or inability to complete the project on behalf of Sonder Social. Requests made prior to the project start will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at Sonder Social’s sole discretion. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

  • Deliverables are provided for internal business use only. Content, strategy documents, or creative assets may not be shared, repurposed, resold, or distributed externally without express written permission from Sonder Social.

  • Each deliverable includes one round of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within five (5) business days of receiving your deliverables. For projects with multiple deliverables, revision requests for all deliverables must be submitted together. Additional revisions are not included but may be offered at Sonder Social’s discretion for an additional fee.

  • Estimated turnaround times range from 3 to 12 business days, depending on the specific service and the volume of deliverables purchased. These timelines are approximate and may be affected by factors such as client response time, intake form completion, or other unforeseen variables. If a delay beyond the estimated timeline is anticipated on behalf of Sonder Social, you will be notified promptly with an updated delivery window. In the event of a significant delay — such as illness, emergencies, or other personal circumstances that materially impact our ability to complete the project in a relatively timely manner — we may offer a partial refund or alternate form of credit. Any resolution in these scenarios must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

  • Clients who enroll via a subscription-based checkout method to access a payment plan acknowledge that they are committing to the full cost of the selected service. If the subscription is canceled by the client before all scheduled payments are completed, the remaining balance will become due immediately. An invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount, and the client agrees to fulfill payment by the due date outlined in that invoice.

  • Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon delivery. Sonder Social retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Sonder Social is not liable for project delays caused by incomplete intake materials, delayed client communication, or circumstances beyond its control (including, but not limited to, force majeure events).

By purchasing a Brunch Menu service, you also acknowledge and agree to the general Terms & Conditions set forth by Sonder Social.
